Philadelphia attorney A. Charles “Chuck” Peruto Jr. said he knew the digital billboard he’d paid an advertising company to put up wouldn’t last long. After all, according to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the billboard read, “Santander: The Bank that Robs You.”

Earlier this week, a  three-judge Superior Court panel cited Peruto’s understanding about just how quickly his billboard would be taken down in determining that the high-profile attorney was entitled to more than $20,000 in a dispute with the ad company over the sign.
