The trustee of the Girardi Keese bankruptcy has sued Erika Girardi for accepting more than $242,658 from a court settlement that should have gone to her husband Tom Girardi's law firm. Erika Girardi, who stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," is set receive another $78,000 in payments through 2025 from the settlement of a case involving the lottery winnings of former actress Natalie Marston.

Bankruptcy trustees have brought in outside counsel to pursue allegations that Tom Girardi's estranged wife, Erika Jayne, who stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," might have received millions of dollars in fraudulent funds. Jayne has opposed one trustee's request to hire Beverly Hills attorney Ronald Richards, who is involved in a case against Girardi and has made 290 social media posts about her with "tabloid-style publicity" since Dec. 4.
