Erika Girardi, who stars on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” is set receive another $78,000 in payments through 2025 from the settlement of a case involving the lottery winnings of former actress Natalie Marston.

The trustee of the Girardi Keese bankruptcy sued Erika Girardi for accepting more than $242,658 from a court settlement that should have gone to her husband Tom Girardi’s law firm.
In a complaint filed Wednesday, Ronald Richards, a lawyer for the trustee, said “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is to receive another $78,000 in payments through 2025.
