Counsel at Fain Major & Brennan on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Allstate to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for a disputed property damage claim arising from a hail and windstorm, was filed by the Huggins Law Firm on behalf of Jingjing Ma and Yuan Xu. The case is 1:23-cv-01117, Xu et al v. Allstate Vehicle and Property Insurance Company.
