New real estate sales in South Florida reveal an uptick in international buyers, who are making a strong return to the market. 

Most recently, developer PMG and partners Greybrook Realty Partners, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development and Hilton sold 72% of their residential inventory at Waldorf Astoria Miami, which will be located at 300 Biscayne Blvd. The residence will be 100 stories at 1,049 feet tall, making it the tallest residential building and hotel south of New York City.
