A former IMAX in-house legal leader has been named the general counsel of New York-based data enterprise and catalog software company Collibra, it was announced Monday.
The company said Michelle Rosen is its new general counsel, stepping in to a position that had been left vacant for quite some time. A representative for the company said that Rosen started at Collibra at the end of July.
Timothy Hirsch had the title head of legal at Collibra until November 2017. According to his Linkedin profile, he left to be the vice president and general counsel of Gwynnie Bee.
