Girl Scouts of the USA has hired former White House and New York City Department of Finance lawyer Diana Beinart as general counsel.
Beinart succeeds Jennifer Rochon, who last year was confirmed by the Senate to become a federal judge for the Southern District of New York. Beinert will report to CEO Bonnie Barczykowski.
