We’ve already brought you a couple of dispatches from last week’s Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum. But since The Litigation Daily was lucky enough to score a virtual press pass and sit in on a handful of the insightful panels at the University of San Diego School of Law, we thought we’d dip back into the proceedings one more time.

With all due respect to the lawyers who spoke, it was the judges who most often caught our ears. It turns out that when you get a federal judge out of the courtroom and talking about topics tangential to their busy dockets, they tend to speak their minds.
