U.S. District Judge Wesley Hsu admits it. He’s predisposed to hate the idea of artificial intelligence.
Yesterday, Hsu, who has been on the federal bench in Los Angeles for about 10 months, told an audience of lawyers at the Western Alliance Bank’s Class Action Forum that “The Terminator” is one of his all-time favorite movies. He called it “a foundational film for my being,” in a tone that indicated that he was at most half-joking.
