Paul Harris, the new head of the Hong Kong Bar Association and a veteran human rights barrister, has pledged to strengthen the rule of law in Hong Kong in his new role.
Harris was elected on January 21, 2021, and will be assisted by two deputies, Anita Yip and Erik Shum. Harris succeeds Philip Dykes, who held the role for three years.
