EBay Chief Legal Officer Marie Oh Huber is leaving the company, CEO Jamie Iannone said in a note to the company’s workforce Thursday.
Huber has led the legal department since July 2015. She departs just two months after eBay agreed to pay $3 million to settle felony cyberstalking charges stemming from a scandal she was not implicated in but that occurred during her tenure.
