California’s Fragner Seifert Pace & Winograd has expanded into Texas with an office near Austin, hired Dickinson Wright corporate member Robert Mintz in Texas, and changed the firm’s name to Fragner Seifert Pace & Mintz.
Founding partner Matt Fragner said the real estate transactional and business law firm, which has three offices in California and one in the Philadelphia suburbs, has been doing work in Texas for about 10 years. Mintz is based in Boerne, which is about 90 miles from Austin.
