Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, which moved into the Texas market in 2022 with an office in Dallas, has launched in Houston, adding 10 litigation and corporate lawyers from five law firms as the growth-focused Southeast firm focuses on broadening its energy practice.

Foley & Lardner litigation partner Craig Dillard will serve as the managing partner of the new Houston office, which opened on Monday. He is expected to make the move later this month, along with Foley litigator Mike Rahmn.
