Revenue improved at Hunton Andrews Kurth in 2023, and profits per equity partner swelled by more than 10% at the slightly slimmer firm, as demand across a range of practices accelerated during the second half of the firm’s fiscal year.

Sam Danon, who just completed his first full year as managing partner, said the increase in profits is pleasing, but the firm also increased revenue and RPL, which he characterizes as an “important number,” because it reflects broad-based work in the practices.
