Baker Botts corporate partner Mollie Duckworth has joined Latham & Watkins in Austin, as the firm expands the weeks-old office in what’s become the hottest market in Texas.
Duckworth started at Latham on Monday as a partner in the corporate department and a member of the firm’s capital markets, public company representation and M&A practices.
