A Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft fund finance team, led by Holly Loftis, moved to Haynes and Boone's two-year-old Charlotte office.
Haynes and Boone has a large fund finance team firmwide.
Loftis, now a Haynes and Boone partner, said more Cadwalader associates will make the move over the next few weeks.

Haynes and Boone has hired three Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft fund finance lawyers in Charlotte, boosting its finance team in the North Carolina city where many banks are headquartered.

Holly Loftis, who was special counsel at Cadwalader, joined Haynes and Boone as a partner in September. Associates Eric Worthington joined in June, and Mark Nesdill in late September.
