Baker Botts added Stephanie Bergeron Perdue, former deputy executive director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, as a partner in Austin, while Baker Botts environmental litigator Stephen Fitzgerald moved to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner in Dallas and Houston.
