The panel that reviews cases of attorney misconduct prosecuted by New Jersey’s Office of Attorney Ethics is bidding farewell to its longtime leader—and welcoming a new one.

Maurice Gallipoli has stepped down as chair of the Disciplinary Review Board after 12 years. A former assignment judge in Hudson County, Gallipoli is known for his strict approach to handing down penalties for wayward lawyers.
