3rd Indictment Sought in LeJeune Murder Case

Fulton prosecutors will get a chance to correct their procedural mistakes and seek indictments-for a third time-of two murder suspects facing the death penalty. A ruling Tuesday means Michael B. LeJeune and Rekha "Kelly" Anand, both 22, remain charged with killing and dismembering a 39-year-old man in December 1997. The judge said the state is entitled to "correct its procedural errors" by nolle prossing the case and taking it to a new jury.
