Fulton prosecutors will get a chance to correct their procedural mistakesand seek indictments — for a third time — of two murder suspects facing thedeath penalty.
A ruling Tuesday by Fulton Superior Court Judge Constance C. Russell meansMichael B. LeJeune and Rekha “Kelly” Anand remain charged with killingand dismembering a 39-year-old man in December 1997. Both 22, they continueto be held at the Fulton County Jail.
