She handles corporate, finance, real estate and employment law for clients in for-profit and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on the health-care industry. Firm president David Pierce said in a statement that Cahill’s “mastery of the intricacies of complex business transactions is an exceptional resource for clients and the firm.” Cahill said in a statement, “I look forward to working with the many highly experienced attorneys in the firm, as we bring my expertise in transactional law to clients.” Cahill previously practiced at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor, focusing on transactional matters, administrative proceedings and litigation, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that she served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court and became a certified mediator. She also was appointed by the Superior Court to represent clients in estate proceedings and act as the administrator of the probate early settlement panel for Warren County. She is a trustee on the Saint Luke’s Warren Hospital board and president of the Warren County Bar Association. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School-Camden, where she earned the dean’s “Pro Bono Publico Award.”
