What are your proudest accomplishments in the area of diversity and inclusion in law? 

Lisa: I am proudest of the fact that from 2019 to 2022 our firm has increased the number of attorneys of color by 50% (from 17.4% to 26%). We have done this by getting all departments to buy in to the value of having diverse teams and by ensuring that our candidate pools are diverse for every open position. In that same time frame, we have tripled the number of partners of color.
