The recent article by Vivia Chen (“The Careerist’s Worst, Most Atrocious Lawyers of the Year“) was an amusing read and highlighted some genuine embarrassments to the legal profession. And with 11 of the 12 “winners” being Republicans and/or conservative, one has to appreciate the evenhandedness of the article!
