The former vice president of legal affairs at the U.S. arm of Louis Vuitton, who alleges the company for years brushed aside her complaints that a co-worker repeatedly sexually harassed her, is finally getting her day in court.
But Andowah Newton’s lawsuit filed this week in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York is not over the merits of her harassment allegations.
