Struggling outdoor recreation and sporting goods company Vista Outdoor has brought in veteran in-house lawyer Jung Choi to help it spin off of its outdoor products business into a separate public company.
Choi will serve as co-general counsel of Anoka, Minnesota-based Vista until the split. Then she will head up the legal department at Revelyst, a new company that will be headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, and will employ 2,900.
