Nancy Berardinelli-Krantz, who joined industrial supply giant W.W. Grainger as legal chief in January 2023, received a signing bonus of $900,000 and a $2.4 million stock award for taking the job.
The awards brought her total compensation to $4.8 million, making her the second-highest paid executive at the Lake Forest, Illinois-based company, according to Grainger’s new proxy statement.
