The personalized online shopping service Stitch Fix disclosed in a regulatory filing Tuesday that Scott Darling is resigning after six years as chief legal officer.
The filing did not provide a reason for his departure. Reached for comment, the San Francisco-based issued a statement praising Darling’s contributions, but it did not address why he was exiting.
