It was only a matter of time. Paul Ryan has a SPAC (Executive Network Partnering Corp), Jay-Z has a SPAC (The Parent Co.) and even Shaq has a SPAC (Forest Road Acquisition Corp.) So it should come as no surprise that a former president is now involved in the SPAC space as well. 

Donald Trump’s new company, Trump Media and Technology Group, represented by Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, is merging with SPAC Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), represented by Ellenoff Grossman & Schole founder Barry Grossman and partner Wei Wang, in what the two parties say is a social media venture with an enterprise value of $875 million.
