As Donald Trump’s new social media venture looks to merge with a special purpose acquisition company in a quest to go public, several well-known firms have stepped in to advise the entities.

The New York-based Ellenoff Grossman & Schole is representing Digital World Acquisition Corp. in its planned merger with the former president’s new company, Trump Media & Technology Group, that has plans to face off with Big Tech. The boutique law firm, which made a bet long ago on representing SPACs, confirmed its representation in the matter late Thursday. The firm did not offer further comment.
