Cooley on Tuesday announced the hiring of M&A partner William Sorabella to its New York office. Sorabella arrives from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he had practiced since departing Kirkland & Ellis in March 2019.
Twice an American Lawyer Dealmaker of the Year, Sorabella joins the firm with a clientele split between private equity firms and corporate clients involved in life sciences, health care, technology, industrial, and other sectors.
