Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton has hired Michael Wilson, who was co-chair of the corporate and transactional department at Locke Lord, as a partner in Chicago in the corporate practice group.
Wilson, who joined Sheppard Mullin on Friday, represents a variety of private equity and venture capital funds, concentrated in the health care, technology and renewable energy sectors. At Locke Lord, he also led the emerging companies section of the firm’s private equity and venture capital practice group.
