CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., the parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s Restaurants, announced on Monday that an experienced restaurant chain in-house attorney will become its new chief legal officer.
The company said that Kerry Olson, currently a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels, will be taking over the role July 23. In her new post, she will lead the global legal strategy and oversee the daily operations of the CKE legal department.
