Nike Inc. chief compliance officer Ann Miller, a longtime in-house lawyer for the iconic brand, is getting ready to lace up her general counsel shoes.
After 14 years as an in-house lawyer for the Beaverton, Oregon-based company, Miller will become GC on Feb. 17. She succeeds Hilary Krane, who is retiring after a dozen years at the helm of Nike’s legal department.
