Kenneth Baronsky joined Sidley Austin as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice group. Baronsky’s practice focuses on advising companies, private equity sponsors, executives, owners and board members. Previously, he was a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCoy. He will be based in the Century City office.
Fisher & Phillips hired Nathan Low as an associate in its San Francisco office. Low’s practice focuses on wage and hour class and collective actions, single-plaintiff claims, retaliation and wrongful termination claims. Previously, he was an associate at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.
