Sunnyside Medical Marijuana, PalAmerican Security and Cresco Yeltrah were sued on Oct. 9 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Allegheny County. The court action was brought by J.P. Ward & Associates on behalf of Charles Gerstner, who contends that he and his son were each attacked by an assailant due to neglected security. According to the complaint, the defendants failed to secure the safety of the premises by failing to remove the assailant after the first attack. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
