An en banc panel of Commonwealth Court judges heard nearly two and a half hours of arguments from six different attorneys Wednesday over whether the court should quash a subpoena seeking sensitive voter information as part of a GOP-backed review of the 2020 Pennsylvania general election.

Counsel for the petitioners, respondents and several intervenors presented their cases on the merits of the subpoena, which would compel the Pennsylvania Department of State to provide names, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, addresses and partial Social Security numbers of all registered voters in Pennsylvania to the state Senate intergovernmental operations committee.
