Parties involved in litigation over the death of a woman who was killed in a head-on collision have settled the case for $2.95 million.
The case was settled after mediation, conducted by Herman Gailey of Gailey Legal Group. However the settlement is pending final approval from Centre County Court of Common Pleas Judge Pamela Ruest. The suit was filed by the family of Crystal Wetzel against defendants Mervin Beiler, Wade Wolfe and David Putnam.
