Florida-based plaintiffs firm Morgan & Morgan, a relatively recent entrant into the Philadelphia market, has topped this week’s list of the most active firms in the Pennsylvania federal courts over last week, according to Law.com Radar, ALM’s legal news feed. Also, several industries saw declines in litigation.
