    In this appeal from a summary judgment, appellant contended that the trial court erred when (1) it signed the final summary judgment because appellee's motion did not address appellant's counterclaims or her third-party claims against appellee, which were disposed of in the final summary judgment, and (2) it granted appellee's motion for summary judgment because the summary judgment evidence raised genuine issues of material fact on appellee's breach of lease cause of action.
