Attorneys say they're getting an increase in calls from financially strapped employers looking to trim their workplace training and seminar budgets. But retaliation, discrimination and harassment lawsuits are already on the rise, with mounting job losses likely to trigger even more litigation. Skimping on training now can end up costing a lot more down the road, they say.
