ABA Atlanta Topic: Multidisciplinary Practice Approval
In a unanimous vote Tuesday, an American Bar Association commission urged the ABA to change its rules and allow fee-sharing between lawyers and other owners of multidisciplinary practices, and to apply legal ethics rules and court regulation to such pairings.
