Horton, a company that's been tangling with the NLRB in a key case dealing with employer arbitration agreements, wants the court's reasoning extended to a fourth NLRB member who was appointed nearly three years ago.
The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to decide whether President Obama's recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board violated the Constitution.
