Former BellSouth GC Takes Fidelity Investments Post

Several members of BellSouth Corp.'s legal department have found other posts after the telecom's December merger with AT&T made it a regional division, AT&T Southeast. The company's former general counsel, Marc Gary, resigned in January because, he said at the time, running the legal department of a regional subsidiary is very different from being a company's GC. Gary recently accepted a post as the general counsel of Fidelity Investments in Boston.
