Attorney Disbarred for Practicing While Suspended

A unanimous First Department panel last week disbarred Martin S. Streit, granting a motion by its disciplinary committee. Mr. Streit, who was admitted to practice in New York in 1956 and is now in his 80s, was suspended for six months in July 2010, though the disciplinary committee at that time had recommended a harsher penalty.
