Surrogate's Court: A Tutorial in Jurisdiction

In her Trusts and Estates Update, Farrell Fritz partner Ilene Sherwyn Cooper writes that for the past 30 years, the Surrogate's Court has found little need to opine on the subject of its jurisdiction.
