Chicago Law Firm Sues Philly Firm Over Laterals
Claiming a calculated plan existed to "destabilize and destroy" its firm, Chicago's Holleb & Coff Thursday filed suit against Philadelphia firm Duane Morris & Heckscher, chairman Sheldon Bonovitz and partners who moved from Holleb to Duane this summer. The lawsuit alleges the 11 partners participated in a premeditated defection and breach of fiduciary duty.
