Roberts Faces Abortion Test

John Roberts Jr. has called abortion a "tragedy," but aside from that one word in a 1985 memo, his paper trail on the subject is sparse. It won't stay that way much longer. Will Justices Uncork the Wine Shipment Battle?

The Supreme Court may decide soon whether the battle over interstate shipment of wine to consumers is ready to uncork and add to its docket.
