7th Circuit Slaps Counsel, Punctures Airbag Claim

A recent 7th Circuit Court of Appeals case, arising from injuries allegedly caused by deployment of an airbag, illustrates a nightmare scenario for plaintiffs counsel. The stinging opinion by Judge Richard A.
