Shopper, Sam's Club Dispute Cause of Falling Chlorine Bucket
On June 7, 2014, plaintiff Randie Mullen, in her early 50s, was shopping at a Sam's Club in West Mifflin. A 40-pound bucket of chlorine tablets fell from a display that was more than 4 feet high, onto her right lower leg. She claimed injuries of her leg, back and hip.

Geico,' had previously vacated and remanded a Superior Court ruling affirming the denial of underinsured motorist coverage for a plaintiff who was injured when his motorcycle collided with a car. But now the justices have refused to hear a second appeal after the Superior Court found that 'Gallagher' had no bearing on the case.
