Wolin Ousted From Asbestos Cases Over Use of Two Conflicted Advisers

A federal appeals court last Monday removed U.S. District Judge Alfred Wolin from a multibillion-dollar case, criticizing his retention of neutral advisers who were advocates in an ongoing similar case.
